Diving deep into the world of Marketing Cloud.

Terri started working at Growing Minds in September 2018. Fresh out of school, she discovered the world of Marketing Cloud and eagerly learned a lot in a short amount of time. After a while she left to see what else was out there. “It was not too impressive, because since July this year I’m back at Growing Minds. From the first day, it felt like home again!”.

Now she’s a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant as well as the Team Lead for the Marketing Cloud studio expertises. In practice she spends her time as a Consultant – delivering training sessions, building campaigns and journeys and advising clients about the best way to use their Marketing Cloud. The other half she works on internal processes, new innovations with the right expertises and coaching and helping out her team.

Though she loves the work she does, what Terri values the most at Growing Minds is the culture within the agency: “Growing Minds is a great place to work. Besides the cool projects and nice clients, the colleagues are the absolute best part. Everybody’s always there if you need help and there’s always room for your opinion.”

As Growing Minds has been growing rapidly, Terri’s goal is to keep people engaged with each other and excited about the awesome things Growing Minds is building. She always tries to find people’s best qualities so working at Growing Minds stays fun for everybody.
