A steep learning curve.

“Why Growing Minds? I wanted to work at an agency where I could work with different types of companies. The learning curve here is on another level.”

Estefanía, better known as Stef to those close to her, has been working at Growing Minds for a little over four years now. From being a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to a Project Manager and now the Global Account and Partner Manager for Growing Minds Spain, her journey at the agency has not been monotonous, to say the least. As she puts it, “the learning curve here is on another level!”

An atmosphere that stays cosy and familiar.

Growing Minds has seen tremendous growth in the past few years, including expanding its business to the Spanish and UK markets. In her current position as Global Account Manager, Stef is responsible for managing international accounts with a particular focus on the Spanish Market. In addition, she is in charge of Growing Minds’ international partner relationships. 

This is also one of the reasons why she wanted to work at Growing Minds. “I wanted to work at an agency where I could work with different types of companies.” 

“I’ve been at the company for over four years now and it’s been incredible to see it growing at this speed. It’s not a small agency anymore, but it still feels cosy and familiar”.

From mountains to flat lands.

Estefanía hails all the way from Ecuador but has been living in the Netherlands for over ten years now. Currently, she resides in Hilversum with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.

She does yoga and pilates in her free time, often in the company of her daughter in their garden. But though she likes getting zen, you might also catch her binge-watching murder mystery shows. “But travelling is still my favourite thing to do, despite the fact that I hate flying”. Next, she hopes to visit Japan.

Best place on earth:  definitely Ecuador for its biodiversity! You can climb volcanoes and go to the jungle the next day to kayak through wild rivers!

Something colleagues don’t know about her: She was in a French School, so actually her second language after Spanish is French.
